We are seeking an experienced baker to join our small team. Our sourdough breads are made with the best quality ingredients we can source. We have a shiny new steam tube deck oven and we are hoping to increase our production somewhat over the next few months. We are looking for someone who has hand moulding skills and more than two years experience with all aspects of sourdough bread making.
An eye for detail and a desire to achieve beautiful results is a necessity.
Experience with pastry an advantage.
